Hello there, my name is Jared and I’m a screenwriter, filmmaker, amateur photographer, and musician. Making art, telling stories, and creating meaning have been in my blood for about as long as I can remember. I’ve been doing film photography since high school. I love writing, and took my first screenwriting class at 17 years old. In my 20s I led a band called People with two studio albums out. I’ve directed two short films, two music videos, and produced 5 music videos. I’ve done most positions as crew member on film sets, with most experience as sound recordist. My career goals are to write and direct movies, to direct music videos, to showrun tv shows, and to compose music for film. I love making unconventional creative choices, and creating art that has passion and authenticity that keeps you thinking.
